POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Application Specialist is responsible for ensuring the operation and viability of Telecare application systems. Responsibilities can include new system implementations, routine maintenance of databases and applications, upgrades, and maintenance releases; acting as a consultant to users on the best ways to use the software; coordinating with vendors on maintenance agreements, bug reporting, and fixes, and release management; and coordinating and interfacing with IT staff to ensure smooth support of existing systems, and implementation of new systems and enhancements. Furthermore,
this position also analyzes the financial implications of technology investments, including but limited to costs of licensing,
professional services, operations/maintenance, and ROI.
Our ideal candidate will have experience with G/L modules from vendors like Lawson, Workday, Microsoft Great Plaines, Oracle, or SAP. They should have both implementation and support experiences. They should be familiar with accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and other financial processes. A big bonus is they know Kronos or Ultimate Software (TOP). Purchasing and AP module experience are also helpful.

Position requires driving own personal vehicle for company business such as trainings, offsite meetings, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Lawson, Kronos, and Oracle systems is highly preferred

The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, bend, reach, do simple grasping, and lift and carry items weighing 10 pounds or less as well as to frequently sit. The position requires manual deviation, repetition, and dexterity and to occasionally drive. Visual requirements include computers and books exposure.
