Cordilleras is a licensed 68-bed mental health rehabilitation center (MHRC) and a licensed 49-bed adult residential facility (ARF) called The Suites. Cordilleras primarily serves San Mateo County residents, 18-59, with long histories of mental illness and multiple episodes of acute psychiatric hospitalization.

Shift: AM, PM, NOC, Days as needed
Days: Sunday - Saturday as needed
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Diet Aide I performs a variety of tasks to ensure consistent clean and sanitary conditions in the facility’s dietary and dining areas. In addition, tasks include assisting in the preparation and assembly of meals.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent is required. Necessary skills include the ability to work under close supervision and to maintain the expected work flow. The ability to read, write and speak English is crucial, as the willingness to work among mentally disabled persons. Applicant must be finger printed and receive clearance from Criminal Justice Department.
