What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Conditional Release Program (CONREP) Clinician provides mental health support services to members mandated into treatment by the court system for crimes they have committed that were determined to be driven by symptoms of the individual’s mental health. As part of a multidisciplinary team the CONREP Clinician provides onsite treatment and supervision that includes individual and group treatment, medication support, case management and skill building as well as holds members accountable to the Conditions of Release. They will also complete reports for the court and provide court testimony as an expert witness.

Shifts Available:

Salaried; Full-Time; Monday-Friday; 8:00-4:30 but hours can vary

Wage range $81,565.12 - $119,959.84. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

  • CA BBS License (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Lic PsyD) that is valid, current and in good standing with the board.
  • Master's Degree in Social Services
  • One (1) year post masters experience providing forensic services, and one (1) year experience providing mental health services to individuals
  • Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.


  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle at attend meetings, etc.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to transport clients,
