POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will leverage your 5+ years’ experience supporting and partnering with a dynamic and fast-paced CEO/President and SVP/Finance. Your detail-oriented, strategic, and creative administrative professional experience will be applied as you ensure the CEO and SVP/Financeare focused, organized and effective at managing resources. You will successfully manage complex calendaring/scheduling. In addition, you will lead special projects as assigned by the CEO/President and SVP/Finance, as well as the executive leadership team. As a highly visible representative of the CEO/President and SVP/Financeas well as Telecare, you will exhibit the highest standard of professionalism and behavior that consistently expresses Telecare’s core values. To be a success, you must be able to navigate in a fluid, fast-paced environment with many conflicting priorities. You will successfully anticipate the needs of the CEO/President and SVP/Finance, as well as other key executives.

What follows are some of the responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO and SVP/Financeto ensure the right tasks are taking priority
  • Oversee internal and external communications, draft correspondence, track and follow-up on all requests
  • Technical liaison for CEO/President
  • Manage expenses and other administrative tasks
  • Manage travel
  • Provide quality customer service to both internal and external teams

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years prior experience supporting a C-level executive in the Health care industry; Behavioral Health experience is highly desired
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Expert with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Outstanding experience working with Office365, SKYPE and emerging technologies
  • Superior organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to balance multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • A high degree of discretion, judgment, professionalism and poise
  • Medical/Health Care/Mental Health experience is highly desired
