What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Clinician provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as, the Conservator's Office, Public Guardian's Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers.

Full Time; AM 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
• Registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences: Must have ASW, AMFT, or APCC. Must be valid and current.
• A Master's Degree in Social Sciences
• One (1) year post masters direct service experience with mentally ill individuals
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.

As part of the Telecare Family, the Kaiser Intensive Community Treatment (ICT) program will be an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program serving Clients with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). The program is designed to meet the needs of Kaiser members who are high users of inpatient psychiatric services or who are at high risk of acute psychiatric hospitalizations. Our teams work closely with Kaiser's Psychiatrists and Psychologists to ensure best of class treatment and support services. All services are provided in the community.
Our inter-professional team partners with Kaiser Permanente psychiatrists and clinical staff to provide community-based, integrative therapeutic skills building, crisis intervention, short-term case management services and support navigating the mental health system. Eighty percent (80%) of all services are provided in the community where our members reside. We serve 195 Kaiser members- aged 18+, in the Sacramento and upper central valley communities. Our geographical area covers 9 Kaiser medical centers, 60-mile radius travel required. All applicants are required to arrive within one hour of designated Kaiser medical center. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Spanish speaking applicants preferred.
