Telecare 's mission is to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals with complex needs in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. Telecare has over 170 programs and 4,500 employees across the country.

Telecare 's TAO Central is a community program in Central Orange County, Homeless General Population will focus on addressing the complex housing needs of up to 150 members, many of whom have long histories of homelessness and serious mental illness. The program will emphasize enhanced engagement and outreach efforts along with intensive case management, Vocational/Educational/Employment support and robust housing strategy services.

What are the qualifications? (Must Have)

  • Registered with CA BBS: valid ASW, AMFT or APCC license eligible number
  • License must be valid and in good standing with CA BBS
  • Must have CA Driver 's License that is valid and current
  • Maintain active status with required by licensing board

What will the job entail?

  • Conducts admissions, intakes, and discharge planning in support of client flow
  • Using a compassionate, judge-free, and person-centered approach, Clinician will complete intake/admission with the clients, write initial Behavioral Health Assessment or Client Plan, whichever source of documentation program utilizes, consult with management and team to ensure client goals are understood, and consult over ongoing services to clients.
  • Attends and participates in Morning Meetings, Coordinated Care Meetings, Staff Meetings
  • Helps create a recovery environment through interactions with staff and members served

Test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver 's license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance are required at the time of employment and throughout your job. Be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on hire date or within 60 days of work and maintain current certification throughout the job.
