Hiring Advisory Teams (HAT): We know how important it is to find individuals who share our values and reflect the diverse cultures of our clients. We also know that our employees are an extraordinary resource for identifying passionate employees who share our passion for empowering individuals every day on their journey of recovery. In order to gain a diverse perspective in our recruitment process, we developed Hiring Advisory Team’s (HAT). The objective of HAT is to ensure that we recruit and hire the right mix of people in creating a high quality, culturally diverse work force that shares Telecare's values and beliefs.
