Leader Bio: Sara Siebler

My name is Sara Siebler (She/Her).

I am the Administrator at Recovery Center at Sarpy. I’ve been at Telecare for eight years.

In my view, the best part of my job is knowing that our work is truly changing people's lives and giving them hope for a brighter future.

What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is that even though most residents come in homeless, they all leave with a placement. Just being able to have a stable place to live is such a crucial step toward future success.

When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is a sense of humor.

My favorite quote or personal motto is, “Respect does not need to be earned. It should be freely given.”

If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be progressive, effective, and compassionate.
