In my view, the best part of my job is working with an amazing team of individuals who are centered on member care.
What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is watching them use their individual experiences and passion towards not only member care but working together as a unit.
When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is watching my team thrive. I always get motivated and encouraged by the team’s energy and dynamic. Their ability to overcome their own hardships and still have a smile ready for those they serve in the community is inspiring to me.

If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be family, growth, and inspiring.
