I am the Administrator at VISTA. I’ve been at Telecare since 2021.
In my view, the best part of my job is working with my team to serve and advocate for our members in the community.
What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is how dedicated and passionate the team is about investing in our members’ lives.
When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is, first of all...taking a nap. Then, the idea is that our program is making an impact in the community one member at a time.
My favorite quote or personal motto is, “No Pasa Nada.” — Unknown
This translates to "nothing is happening." Simply take a deep breath, take a step back, come back to it, and figure out a way to make it work.
If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be on a mission, compassionate, and strength-based.
