Dr. Briscoe and Muriel Wright are Reaching Out To Their Community!
Dr. Briscoe and Muriel Wright are making remarkable strides in their community. Dr. Briscoe is the Administrator for Muriel Wright’s Crisis Residential Treatment and Substance Use Treatment programs and she serves as an appointed commissioner for District 1 in Santa Clara County. Along with her program leaders, Blanca Garcia, CRT Clinical Director and Dr. Michael Ybarra, SUTS Program Director, the team recently spoke about both treatment programs at the Commission with the Status of Women meeting for Santa Clara County.
