What is Telecare doing to prepare and deal with coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreaks?
Our top priority at Telecare is to provide and maintain safe facilities for the people we serve and our employees.
To mitigate coronavirus risk, Telecare Corporation is following CDC guidelines, as well as guidance from individual state and county agencies, and other emergency management practices.
We also have our cross-functional command team and a coordinated response plan that covers areas of concern such as staffing, availability of PPE and other supplies, infection control, business continuity, and other areas.
We have instituted various protocols to reduce the risk of the virus entering our facilities — including restricting in-person access to visitors, while also bolstering other methods for visiting, including phone, Facetime, etc.
We are also following updated Infection Prevention policies, which include strict adherence to thorough handwashing, wearing gowns and gloves (PPE) as appropriate, and other practices.
If you could like to check on a family member or loved one, we encourage you to first contact the program where that individual is receiving services. The local program staff members are able to assist with individual needs and concerns.
If you have questions about Telecare’s broader response to the coronavirus outbreak, please contact email@example.com.
